Coconut Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. margarine
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
    coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar, shortening and margarine.
    Add eggs and beat. Mix in flour and baking powder, adding milk alternately.
    Add vanilla and pour in 2 round greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cover first layer with pineapple and top second layer with Boiled Frosting.
