Double Orange Sweet Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 small to medium size sweet potatoes
1/2 c. orange juice
pineapple sections
curry powder or nutmeg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cut a lengthwise groove into each potato.
Drip the orange juice into the grooves and fill each groove with pineapple sections.
Wrap with aluminum foil and bake until tender, about 1 hour.
Sprinkle with curry or nutmeg if desired.
