Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 can French onion soup
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    6 c. hot, cooked egg noodles
Preparation
    In a large bowl beat egg.
    Stir in 1/3 c. soup, bread crumbs, salt & pepper.
    Add beef, mix gently.
    Shape into 6 oval patties. Brown in skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove & set aside.
    In the skillet combine flour & water until smooth.
    Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard & remaining soup.
    Bring to a boil & stir for 2 minutes.
    Return patties to skillet, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
