Crab And Shrimp Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked white rice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/4 c. sliced blanched almonds
Preparation
    In a buttered 2-quart casserole dish, combine the rice, green pepper, celery, onion and water chestnuts.
    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and tomato juice.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Pour half of the mixture over rice.
    Arrange shrimp and crab around edge, leaving a hole in center.
    Pour rest of liquid over everything. Put almonds and cheese in center.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, covered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
