Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
2 tsp. olive oil
1 c. bread crumbs
2 oz. grated cheese (Italian or American)
1/2 onion, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 c. water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, adding water last.
Water aides in mixing, but do not use too much.
