Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
    2 to 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in a medium skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until brown.
    Stir constantly, then drain well.
    Line bottom of a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
    Sprinkle with sausage, then cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over sausage. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until set.
    Let stand 5 minutes after removing from oven.
    Be sure center of dish is not too watery. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
