Chocolate Leaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
rose leaves or camellia leaves, washed
Preparation

Place chocolate chips in ovenproof bowl in warm oven, about 150\u00b0, leaving oven door slightly open.
When chocolate has begun to melt yet still retains shape somewhat, remove from oven and beat until smooth.
Pull a single leaf upside down over surface of chocolate.
Tap leaf against bowl to remove excess.
Place chocolate side up on baking sheet.
Chill in refrigerator.
When chocolate is chilled and hardened, peel off rose leaf.
Can store in airtight container in refrigerator for several days.
Serves 10 to 12.
