Carrot Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. raw grated carrots
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend grated carrots and
    oil thoroughly.
    Add eggs one at a time, blending
    after
    each addition.
    Then add remaining ingredients which have been sifted together.
    Pour into a 12 x 18-inch
    greased pan and bake at
    350\u00b0
    for
    about\t30
    to\t35 minutes.
    Let cool, then frost and cut into bars.
