Asparagus With Lemon-Parsley Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. minced parsley
    2 canned anchovies, patted dry
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. asparagus
Preparation
    Whirl together parsley, anchovies, lemon juice, chicken broth and capers for about 1 minute or until pureed.
    Add the oil and whirl 30 seconds longer; set aside.
