Skillet Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. white wine
1 c. water
2 envelopes chicken gravy mix
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. ham, slivered
Preparation

Lightly brown chicken on both sides in skillet.
Cover chicken with ham.
Mix the water, wine and gravy mix together and pour over ham and chicken.
Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender.
Stir occasionally to keep gravy from sticking. Layer cheese on top and continue cooking until cheese has melted.
