Mandarin Orange Cake #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 1/4 oz.) white cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Beat on low 30 seconds.
    Then on medium 2 minutes.
    Put into 2 (9-inch) greased cake pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
    Turn out on rack and cool completely.
