Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white cornmeal
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Toss in buttermilk and eggs.
    Beat well and then put in a buttered baking dish and cook at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Watch time as sometimes it cooks faster.
    Don't overcook. Spoon onto plates, smother with butter and eat.
