Cajun Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ham (fully cooked)
1 bottle Louisiana hot sauce (use about 1/2 bottle)
12 oz. can Coca-Cola
Preparation

Line roasting pan with 2 layers of heavy-duty foil.
Place ham in pan.
Poke holes on bottom and top of ham with long-tined fork. Pour hot sauce on bottom and poke with fork so hot sauce penetrates. Turn over and poke holes in top and add hot sauce. Pour Coke over top and close foil over top.
Cook in a 250\u00b0 oven overnight (8 hours).
Let cook completely.
