Orange Sunbursts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oranges
    1/2 c. snipped dates
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
    dash of aromatic bitters
    5 marshmallows
Preparation
    Cut tops off oranges.
    Using a grapefruit knife, scoop out pulp.
    Chop pulp; mix with dates, coconut and dash of aromatic bitters.
    Spoon into orange shells.
    Place in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Pour a little water around oranges.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0
    for 25 minutes.
    Top each orange with a marshmallow. Bake 8 to 10 minutes more until the marshmallows are golden. Makes 5 servings.
