Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet bell peppers (red and green), chopped and pressed dry
Preparation
    Boil all together for 5 minutes.
    Set off heat and cool for 5 minutes.
    Pour 1 bottle or 1 package of Certo into it.
    Blend in. After 5 minutes, pour into jar, while hot.
    Wash and boil jars and lids.
