Chequer'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 extra large eggs
    1 pt. heavy cream
    enough shredded cheese to completely cover bottom of pan
    pie crust
    dash of nutmeg, salt, pepper, onion
    choice of diced ham, crumbled bacon, chives, onions, peppers, chopped vegetables
Preparation
    Bake in pie crust at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until custard like consistency.
