Hearty Farm Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans in tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
4 medium potatoes, pared and sliced
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage in large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat until browned.
Drain off excess fat.
Add celery and onion and saute several minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, water, pork and beans and mustard.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in potatoes.
Pour into greased 3-quart casserole.
Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Uncover and sprinkle with cheese on top.
Return to the oven and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Makes 6 servings.
