Veal Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. stewing veal
    32 oz. can Italian tomatoes with puree
    10 oz. frozen peas
    paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil.
    Saute onions until translucent.
    Season veal with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle on paprika.
    Brown veal on both sides in oil.
    Add can of tomatoes and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Add peas about 15 minutes before cooking is completed.
    Serve over noodles.
