Cider Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups apple cider or apple juice
1 (3-ounce) package lemon-flavored gelatin
1 cup finely chopped apple
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Bring 1 cup apple cider or juice to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling cider.
Stir in remaining cider or juice.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in apple, celery, and pecans.
Pour into a 3-cup mold, or spoon into 6 individual molds.
Chill until firm.
