Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
    1/4 c. chives
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with electric beater.
    Mash and add potatoes and remaining ingredients, except paprika.
    Mix until just combined.
    Spoon mixture into lightly buttered 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove 15 minutes before baking.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
