Sweet Mexican Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) cans corn (frozen can be used)
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. diced red pepper or tomatoes
    1/2 to 1 c. sweet onion, chopped
    3 packets sweetener (Splenda works best)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Drain corn well.
    Melt butter in skillet (cast-iron works best).
    Add corn, green pepper, red pepper or tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper.
    Cook until all liquid has cooked out.
    Stir frequently.
    Add sweetener and serve.
