Easy Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans potato soup, undiluted
    10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, sour cream, soup, Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and onion together.
    Pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove top and bake 30 minutes more.
