Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips for topping
Preparation

Thaw potatoes.
Add all ingredients, except butter and crumbs; mix well.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with melted butter and crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, serves 20.
