Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten lightly
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift together yellow cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Add 1 egg beaten lightly, butter and enough milk to make a soft dough.
    Pour into a greased pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
