Breakfast Or Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
4 slices, cubed bread
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage or Italian seasoning
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco (optional)
Preparation

Layer sausage in long, greased glass casserole.
Sprinkle bread cubes, then cheese over sausage.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, sage, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce together and pour over sausage, bread and cheese.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours before baking at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
