Frozen Yogurt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream (can use low calorie Cool Whip)
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 (8 oz.) carton strawberry yogurt
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Beat whipping cream at medium speed with a mixer until soft peaks form.
    Gradually add honey, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in yogurt and fruit.
    Spoon into 10 lightly oiled 1/2-molds. Cover and freeze at least 8 hours.
