Cheesy Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. red, green and/or yellow pepper strips
    1/4 c. sliced red onion
    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast half, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. chopped green chilies, drained
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 small clove garlic, minced
    2 flour tortillas (6-inch)
    4 Kraft Free cheese singles
    salsa (optional)
Preparation
    Spray a large skillet with Pam cooking spray.
    Add pepper strips and onion.
    Cook and stir until tender.
    Remove from skillet.
    Spray skillet with Pam again.
    Add chicken.
    Cook and stir until cooked through.
    Add cooked vegetables, chilies, cumin and garlic.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Place each tortilla on microwaveable plate.
    Top with 2 Kraft Free singles.
    Microwave on High for 20 seconds.
    Top each tortilla with half of chicken mixture.
    Fold sides to middle.
    Serve with salsa.
    Makes 2 servings.
