Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1 can cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped or 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    2 c. corn flakes
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Boil
    potatoes
    with
    skins
    on
    until
    about 2/3 done. Cool. Peel
    and
    coarsely grate.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish or pan.
    Mix together the next 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup of
    the margarine.
    Fold
    this mixture into the potatoes. Mix the
    corn flakes
    with the remaining 1/4 cup of margarine and spread on
    top of the potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
