Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
3 large eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter in 425\u00b0 oven.
In separate bowl, beat eggs at high speed; gradually add milk, then flour and pour in pan.
Bake until puffy and well browned, about 20 or 25 minutes.
Dust with nutmeg and powdered sugar.
