Spaetzle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of white pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    4 qt. chicken broth or water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and nutmeg.
    Add eggs and milk and mix well, then add to flour mixture.
    In large pan bring broth or water to boil.
    Drop batter by 1/2 teaspoons into boiling broth. Boil spaetzle until they come to the top.
    Remove to ice water. Drain well.
    In skillet, heat butter and add spaetzle; brown lightly.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 2.
