Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt
    pepper
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Place salmon into mixing bowl.
    Remove bones, reserving liquid in bowl.
    Break salmon apart with a fork.
    Add slightly beaten egg, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Add flour until mixture can be spooned into a frying pan.
    Heat cooking oil in pan and spoon mixture into pan.
    Cook each side until brown. Drain on paper towel.
