Polly'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. diced potatoes
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 c. hot milk (powdered okay)
diced ham
1 Tbsp. celery (optional)
1 Tbsp. green onion (optional)
Preparation

Brown in large pot the onion and margarine.
Stir in flour. Add salt, potatoes and hot water.
Cook until potatoes are tender. Add milk and ham.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
