Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1/4 lb. margarine
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat first 3 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, until sugar dissolves.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Stir in eggs; add pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
