Yorkshire Puddings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk (room temperature)
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs (room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and eggs with milk and water.
    Beat until smooth batter.
    Preheat cupcake pan on 450\u00b0 with 1 teaspoon oil per cup.
    When pan is hot, add mixture to 1/2 full.
    Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for another 10 minutes. Serve with roast beef and gravy.
    Pour gravy over Yorkshire Puddings.
