Back Country Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. venison chunks
    4 oz. dried apples
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
    The dried apples will cook to a thick gravy.
    Let cook on low 8 or 9 hours.
    Serve with boiled small potatoes or mashed, cole slaw or tossed salad.
