Frozen Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. Miracle Whip or mayo
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. flaked coconut
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole cranberry sauce
    1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
    lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, mayo and sugar.
    Fold in the Cool Whip and set aside.
    In a
    large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, nuts, coconut and cranberry sauce.
    Add cranberries. Gently combine with cream cheese mixture.
    Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover and freeze.
    Remove from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
    Cut into squares or slices. Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 24 servings.
