Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 medium zucchini
    3 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 larger pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 cup butter
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Clean zucchini and mushrooms.
    Melt butter in skillet and saute zucchini, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes until tender. Drain off excess liquid.
    Using 2 qt. casserole, layer vegetable mixture, alternately with Mozzarella cheese, ending with cheese on top. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered the first 1/2 hour and uncovered the last 1/2 hour.
