Chili-Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and oil in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; toss well.
    Sprinkle potatoes with parsley, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap; fold back a small corner to wrap to allow steam to escape.
    Microwave at High 9 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring gently, every 3 minutes. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese and onion.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
