Calzone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves frozen bread dough, or fresh
8 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can chopped olives
Preparation

Let bread rise according to package directions.
Punch down and flatten out on a 9 x 13-inch shallow pan.
Heat the olive oil slowly.
Add garlic only to slightly brown.
Do not overcook. Pour garlic and oil over broccoli, olives and cheese and mix together.
Pour mixture onto bread dough and roll up, jelly roll fashion (2 rolls).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Slice.
