Peggy Smith'S Impossible Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Grease
9-inch
pie
plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth.
Bake about 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
Serve with fruit if desired.
