Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 large can pinto beans
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 or 2 medium tomatoes
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. pickle juice
Preparation
    Bake Jiffy mix as directed on box.
    Crumble baked corn bread into bottom of pan or dish.
    Pour beans on top of bread.
    Slice onions, pepper and tomato on top of beans.
    Mix mayonnaise and pickle juice together; pour on top.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Chill and serve.
