Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    5 c. diced rhubarb
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put rhubarb, sugar, Jell-O and marshmallows over bottom of pan.
    Mix cake mix as directed on package.
    Pour cake batter over rhubarb and Jell-O mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Invert cake on a tray.
    When cool, serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
