Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. warm water
    5 c. flour (white)
    1 packet yeast (Red Star fast rising)
    3 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, put warm water, then add to the water the yeast, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Mix well, then stir flour into the mixture until the dough turns into elastic, not sticky. Keep adding flour if you need more than the 5 cups; grease your dough.
    Let rise.
    Fry in hot grease until lightly browned.
    Drain on paper towels.
