O'Harry Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 c. quick cooking oats
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter or margarine and sugars.
Beat in corn syrup and vanilla.
Stir in oats.
Moisten hands to prevent sticking.
Pat mixture over bottom of pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
Cool slightly.
Melt chocolate with peanut butter on low setting.
Stir to blend.
Spread over baked layer; chill.
Loosen sides and turn out.
Cut into 3 x 1-inch bars.
Yields 3 dozen.
