Quick And Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton lasagna noodles
1 lb. (2 c.) small curd cottage cheese
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown beef. Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt and sugar. Boil several minutes. In 9 x 13 pan, layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 uncooked noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 of cheese. Repeat layers, ending with the sauce and cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Remove foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
