Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Place 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast and sugar in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Heat liquids and butter to hot (110\u00b0 to 120\u00b0).
    Pour into flour mixture and beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
