Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb shrimp
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 stick butter
    3 slices cheese
    cajun seasoning
    black pepper
Preparation
    Saute peppers and onions in butter.
    Add seasonings, tomatoes, soup and cheese, stirring often and cook over medium heat.
    Add cleaned, raw shrimp.
    Cook until shrimp are pink, about 7 minutes. Serve over rice.
