Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lemon juice
4 eggs
1 1/2 cans condensed milk
1 graham cracker crust
pinch of salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Filling: Separate yolks from egg whites. Mix yolks with 1 1/2 cans condensed milk and beat with fork. Add lemon juice and stir well. Pour in crust. Top with meringue or Cool Whip.
