Chocolate Chip Fruit Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
6 mashed bananas
4 c. flour
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
10 oz. maraschino cherries, rinsed, drained, dried, halved
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and bananas.
Sift flour and soda together.
Stir into butter mixture.
Fold nuts, chips and cherries into batter.
Divide batter into two greased 9 x 5-inch or four 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick is clean and bread starts to pull away, 9-inch pan for 60 to 65 minutes; 7 1/2-inch pan for 50 to 55 minutes.
