*Maryland Crab Cakes(Olney Inn) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. backfin crabmeat
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except egg whites.
Beat egg whites and fold in.
Shape into 2 1/2 to 3-inch cakes.
Saute in melted butter over low heat until browned.
